hello

im fitting my gear box tomorow i have a 1989 saf cosworth any one got any tips of anything i should watch out 4 thanks.....

Drop the anti roll bar, I have tried with it fitted but its hard work. You'll also need two jacks as yo'll need to lift it up at an angle to clear to anti roll bar.

fin

finished just in time it was goin dark and had no light
all good now

thanks 4 ur help had to take exhaust of aswell

next tapets and turbo then the car will be mint till summert else goes rong

maek sure you buy 4wd tappets, or lifters, ford made a mistake with the 2wd ones. so allways go 4wd.
