Default got no spark...

engines in ...all ready to go...but ive got no spark.....changed every sensor and now im putting the old ones back in....when u turn the ignition on it sparks...then turn it to start it and i loose the spark....W.T.F..... any daft little thing i could have missed....cheers

Sounds a little like the cranck / speed sensor

I guess it is an cossie?

you get 1 spark when you switch the igniton on. Have you got the wires round the right way on the phase sensor?

yes it is fella....checkt that, i need a volt meter to check power at different connections next

its started to rain,so ive come inside, so start again 2moro after graft

Check you havent got the phase and crank sensor plugs swapped

Especially on a 4x4, as its easy to get teh knock sensor plug wrong too.
Failing that, id check teh phase sensor polarity is correct as well as its alignment, and you must NOT take any notice of teh timing mark on teh FRONT.
