Well after selling my fez in march and being converted to an escort owner My project cabrio is getting closer to being completed So tell us what you recon guys!!!

I thought i would share a few pics with you from the pics that where on ebay to the pics as it is now Should be finished in the next few weeks i brought marks old eng stage 3 power engineering head and blueprint bottom end sent it off had the fly will skimmed and cps hole drilled just need to get a few final bits

Here is the pics that advertised the car and how it stayed for about 2 weeks









After a couple more weeks wheels got changed and a few other bits and it began looking like this .......





















After being on the look out for a while and keep changing the plans on what was gonna happen and what engine was gonna go in it alex decised to get his dirty hands on it and strip it
















How dirty is that engine bay And after this ariving...... i thought i had beter get in there and start cleaning it





I spent a whole weekend getting all that shit off the engine bay and polishing it up and was happy with it

Untill i got bored this weekend and decided that it just wasn't good enough for me still scratches and marks So off i went to halfords and armed my self with some sand paper, filler, 3 cans of primer, 3 cans of diamond white and a big can of clear laquer At this point alex was getting really worried ha ha So i got in the engine bay AGAIN and blitzed it

Well this is how it turned out and i am well chuffed can't beleive i did it my self still Not bad for a girl hey















Now all ready for the engine to go in on saturday got to get the efi adaptor plate Then just got to take it down to ahmed for a few bits and a live map and i will be boosting up alex's aRSe

Whats the spec on the engine then? and the shiny new box!

 

its a blue print powers 1600 eng stg3 head and bottom end stg4 hybrid turbo with abrath .63 houseing std rst gear box for now!! 4" de baffled mongoose" cossie 4wd disks bigger injetors and 3 bar map and live set up to come was pushing out 240 bhp on old turbo and mfi lets see what it does with new efi set up and bigger turbo
