Red Eye on digital camera pics
I've recently purchased a Sony dsc-w40 Digital Camera. It was only £200 from Argos but its a smart piece of kit for the money.
I have noticed though on nearly all the pictures I have taken that I get a lot of red eye in pictures of people.
I know totally fook all about cameras so if anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it

The only true way to stop red eye is to bounce the light off the wall or ceiling or one of those neat white umbrellas that the pro's use.
Or just use the remove red eye feature in a decent photo album program.
Or as above post.

I read a review of that camera and the other 'w' models and one thing that came up in the pro reviews was the red eye. I ended up going for a Canon SD630 and no red eye so far.
