Where we live is at an end house then a newsagent next to us on its own, so in front of this newsagent there is loads of parking space behind our fiesta you could park about 3 class one hgv’s with trailers behind us.

Out our front a builder leaves his fooking tipper van outside our house when he finishes work, fair enough if he lived in the area but he doesn’t, and as he has road tax I cant do anything about it.

But today we had our revenge

One of the builders pulls up in his car (normally two cars left all day until van comes back) and the fooker parks his vauxpile right up the arse end of our fiesta so you cant load anything in the boot when there was shed loads of room behind us

But his tax disc expired

there are 2 cars that the builders drive
they park them outside your gaff during the day while they are doing their tipper lorry business
when they get back, they park the lorry where ther cars are and the fook off for the night

or can you not just ask them not to park their big fook off tipper truck outside your house?

I have asked one of them and he parks further back now, but Im at work when they park up in the morning and in the everning

Think there are 3 in total that drive this van, and the wife manages to park up most time's but it pisses me off the fact they dont even live near us and have no consideration for the people that do live on my road

Luckly I manage to park my car ok as we have a secure drive round the back of our house, just sadly not big enough for two cars

Where I used to live I got people parking across my driveway every week. If they were small enough I would stick a trolley jack under the back and move it down the road somewhere, was never too bothered what I jacked it up on If they wern't moveable like a big 4x4 once, I smeared graphite grease over all the windows. He never parked there again

I remember once an ex g/f couldn't get her car in the drive, she wouldn't try to fit it through the tiny gap, I was pissed as I had been in the pub so I said lets have a go, jumped in her car and proceeded to force it through the gap, (she only had a Maestro so didn't give a shit!) nudging the cars out the way. Just at that point a copper walks past and sees me playing bumper cars, says words to the effect of "that'll teach 'em" and wanders off.

There are actually laws against parking commercial vehicles on residential streets, which is why you see a lot of trucks parked up in bus stops, industrial estates and lay bys at night.

Many do it until they cant get away with it anymore and move on somewhere else.

Get them reported, i'd go ape if I had to put up with them parked outside my house.

 

Will look into these laws about the tipper truck thing
