hes a bit of a knob tho. if i was in his shoes id have been gettin as much info off big ron as i can, at the end of the day he was a good manager and he werent gonna try and muscle in on the peterborough job was he.

i was pmsl @ the way he resigned tho. all the players pissing themselves, even barry fry was at it

i dont think it was that, he was one of the lads when he was the coach, and when he became in charge he still wanted to be one of the lads.

really he should have taken his first steps in management at a different club where he can stamp his own authority on the team and distance himself away from the banter, maybe then he'd do better.

but after seeing him on that show i dunno if he will get offers from other clubs
