Hi, I want to know all about to build a 450bhp Escort Cosworth engine.

Pistons? Big turbo? Big intercooler? Injectors?

Explain me please, thanks!!!

 

standard but pocketed pistons
T4 or GT30 turbo
PRO-ALLOY intercooler
750cc injectors

plus loads of other bits if you don't already have them

Jenspeed in norway told me to do this to my 3 door:
(orginal 205 bottom is ok if you keep the temprature down),4*4 ported head,
twin valve springs, orginal 4*4 camshafts, l6 ecu with jenspeed 450 chip, re velded 4*4 inlet manifoil, turbonetics t3-4(special jenspeed spec)
this is not very expensive but wont handle everything you trow at it, but with a 200 block its no problem! there ar a few cars in norway with this setup and you get around 430 ultra responsive bhp! I trust jenspeed!

Sorry I may seem like a alzimer patient! but you also need a RS500 cooler to keep things cool
