i currantly am running a standard turbo on my s2 but i think its on its way out ( smokeing lol ) , so im thinking of getting a uprated one, whats the next one up from a standard one, any advice ie will i need to uprate other components aswell

 

Whats your spec? what power was it making?

standard turbo's are good for around 200hp (not for long though )

 

if your going efi.id go for t34 like danS s running.mite be a bit laggy but potential is there for more power

 

pmsl, thats a crazy idea. Do you relaise how much work is needed for the T34 to become justified?!

Spec and future plans would help, but it is hard to beat a stage 2 turbo.

 

im using a t3 hot 0.48 with a t4 0.60 cold
you need a bigger cooler and would need to add more fuel
a bit laggy but hold on when she passes 0.5 @ 3k and makes 1.5 bar @ 5.5k.I have seen 2 bar on my guage on the 1 km sprint

i found it a lot less painful to drive at the strip as it doesnt spin from the onset of boost like with my t3 0.48 hot with t3 0.42 cold
