will the zetec fit in the same way it wud in a mk3/4 escort running a cvh, as I know you need a slighly modded engine mount for the setec.

has anyone done this conversion, was thinking of a single carb, maybe a 38 dgas or something, but i dont know what sort of manifold i'd use and also how to fuel it.

maybe somehow use the standard injection and fit a fiesta rst fuel tank in?

Engine mounts Escort 3/4 and Fiesta 2 are different iirr.

Don't use a single carb, you'd also find it difficult to fit a dizzy onto the Zetec

Either use twin 40's an an electronical ignition or the standard EFI.

And buy a 1.4i MK2 fuel tank. MK3 won't fit

read about the 1.4i tank, sweet. want to use standard efi now as mpg would be nice!!!. do you know if just the bare fiesta inlet will allow all the mondeo bits attatched to it??not sure how id sort that bit out.

using a zvh engine mount should be ok shouldnt it. buit would i need a custom front one(ive got two on the mondeo) and only one engine mount on my escort rst.
