Thats when it turned from a French car forum with about 5 users, to english one with tons of users.

It was the RSBB rebellion, we all just fucked off straight away

If Bosch Man and Stavros are RSOC BBS Old Skool they why are they join dates later then when this place opened?

I show as May 2004 cos I joined, then went away to sea about 4 months later, came back and every single one of my posts had dissapeared in the 'Great PF post crash'

IIRC the first 2000 or so members accounts were salvaged from the big PF crash, mine was one of the ones saved and I joined a few days after people started moving across here from RSBB

Dunno what date it was tho, I guess it should show once ive posted this

 

The "Great PF Crash" wiped out accounts created from late October 2003 to the end of March 2004. Looks like account 2099 was the last one left unscathed.

 

I joined just after rsoc crashed.. My account ws early enough to be saved in the big crash

I was on RSBB years ago has about 3 names as kept forgetting my username and password, shows how much i used it


Then a mate sent me link to here and never really gone back to RSBB


I must have been saved in the PF crash, as i joined in July 03 and never lost any posts

 

I was sceptical at first as I expected the RSBB to be reborn without the morons..

But no...

So I joined 5 days later.

RSOC bb crashed on 27th April 2003 and most of the 'homeless' RSOC people used ScoobyNet for a while until the inauguration of PF 3 or 4 weeks later on 22nd May 2003.

 

Turbosport got a bit busier too for a week or so.
