Sunday morning when i got woke up by my daughter she told me she wanted bacon sandwhiches for breakfast so we got ready and off we head to mcdees, i told her to mind me on that we needed tea bags and on the way back she did. So i pull into somerfields just round the corner from my house and parks up right out front the shops just behind another car that had done the same, I left the bairn in the car ran in and out and went to open the car door to get and my daughter says, Dad that lady has just done somthing to your car she was dead close an i heard a scraping noise which she made, I takes a step back an sure enough keyed all the way along, Bastards i thought just aswell its not my cossie. Now i was not really arsed about doing anything as there was no cctv my 6 year old as a witness, would the police belive her, the fact my shed i am using whilst the cossie is off the road cost me £120 from work and all the hassle can i be bothered. But the more i thought about it i realised she had only done it because off where i am parked and had a look at the car next to mine which is done too.

So i asked jade do you know what she looked like she and said yeah so off we go into the shop. On the way in i said to the lass at the front to get security and went off lookin for her but could not find her so we went next door to aldi an got to the second isle and she said thats her there dad. I was gob smaked stood looking at a woman between 40 - 50 i said are you sure jade yeah thats her big black coat and glasses thats her dad. I Froze for a second as i was not sure how to handle it but i looked at her and noticed that she still had her keys in her hand so i thought sod it and went for it. She denied it of course made off out the shop did a lap of the 2 parked cars said no i cant see anything an fooked off without any shoping ????????? so i thought right you twat and took her reg gave it to security with my number to give to the other chap who had his car done and went home.

About 15 min later the phone rings its the bloke whos disabled an 55 who has been on the phone to his insurance who want £250 excess bla bla. I felt canny sorry for him so decided to do somthing and phone the police aswell as he said he was going to. This was about 10:30am I phoned the plod, We will send someone round i gets told mind i says i have to drop my daughter off at 1 for her sunday dinner and she witnessed the whole thing ok they tell me

Gets to 3 pm and i had to get her back for her sunday dinner at her nanna's so of i go and i get back to mine at around 3:30 so at about 3:45 the police come and round take my side of things and start to tell me a few things about interviewing my daughter at a later date as she is only 6 and that they were now going to arrest the offender , I nearly fell of my fookin seat i was thinking that they would have done nothing because of the age of my daughter as a witness and off they went.

Gets a phone call at about 8:45pm saying they had arrested her a 59 yes 59 YEAR OLD WOMAN this time though i fell right off my seat evil old git i thought, being that we let her off with a caution. And her excues for this moment of sheer madness she was upset at where the disabled bloke had parked his car and the fact that i ahd left my daughter in the car on her own pmsfl

Unfortunately you won't get anything from her as she was cautioned. You'd have to persue this through the small claims court. Matey won't get anywhere either with her insurance company as the damage was nothing to do with her driving her car.

 

my mate had a similar thing his car kept getting scarched so he fitted
cctv and caught a woman in her late 50's doing his car and van. video was mint and could see her do both cars the old bag. best of it was she and her husband were piss heads lol and she got tagged and fined but the husband just went anyway my mate used to ask her the time on his way past her house lol

I have still not done anything further about it but am going to give the other person that was involved a ring tonight and find out what they have done and if they have got anywhere.

I am just glad that she has hopefully had the shock of her life from gettin caught and arrested and that she wont do it again cause if it had been my cossie i dont think my daughter would have been able to hold me back from poking the old git in the eyes lol
