KA off road in town because I abandoned it when I didn't feel safe to drive.

Puma needs new valves after my little crazy "adventure" over 130mph the other day.

Belt slipped and i didn't notice till i tried it the next day and could hear valves being whacked by the pistons.


Note to self: don't jump a car at 130mph as engine over revs

But one of my mates is picking up the KA later so its inside the base wire so i can work on it to relax.

Can't leave base any way at the moment, because if have a really bad panic attack I end up unconcious but walking around.

That happened when i tried to drive the puma on sunday and got a few miles in the middle of nowhere when it went bang.

No phone for RAC didn't help so the last thing i remember was having a panic attack then woke outside someones house having walked several miles down a windy country lane and across a busy 60mph A road.

So you can understand why won't leave base at the moment unless a mate is with me.

 

why are you getting these panic attacks

 

Possible PTSD, paranoia, depression etc

Can't tell shrink about them as i know the rules from when I was a Divisional officer and one of my men had similar problems. Basically i'd be admitted to hospital for my safety so i can have 24hr supervision.

Don't want that so one of my friends wants to look after me instead so i go round her house soon.
