I dealt with Danny for my turbo when it needed a recon.

Turbo was sent through very quickly and he was a pleasure to deal with, gave me a very thorough run down on what had happened with the turbo to cause it to go wrong etc in the first place (i already knew it was oil starvation but didnt mention that to him and he came straight back and said it from looking inside it, which was reassuring).

He then rebuilt it, however the people he used to balance it fucked up and the front nut came loose, and it wrote off the turbo when it did so.

Sent it back to him, and he fixed it straight away, out of his own pocket and it was back to me within a week and it was spot on, had not problems with it then (its actually the one that got Si B to germany and back cause he borrowed it for that when his fucked up just before the ring trip!).

I always thing its good when you know that:

a) someone will do their best to get it right in the first place
b) if it does go wrong they will take responsibility and sort it

Its how companies deal with the times it doesnt go right that really matters IMHO, its easy to give good customer service when things are going right but its hard to when things are going wrong!
