Default 11 Second Zetec Turbo bits for sale, update with pics 12 Oct

I am thinking of going a different route with my engine and I am currently trying to gauge the amount of interest of stuff that I would be looking to sell in the near future.

Items include:

Big valve head by Jim at CNC Heads, 30mm exhaust, 33.5 inlet valves, fully ported and gas flowed, 3 angle valve seats, de-shrouded valves, modified to take cosworth plugs etc. etc. Would suit Normally aspirated or turbo engine.

Area 61 Ultimate turbo camshafts, Secret inlet and exhaust cams for low down torque and good throttle response with very little lag.

Custom cast turbo manifold properly coated with Zirconia ceramic coating, modified with external wastegate take off, (will not crack)

Escort Cosworth Hybrid T35 turbo, 360 bearing, ported housings and modified for external gate, ceramic coated.

Also includes HKS mushroom filter system and Samco silicone inlet pipes

HKS turbo heatshield to suit T34

Turbosmart Ultra-gate 38mm high temp external wastegate

Ceramic coated Wastegate screamer pipe

Ceramic coated turbo downpipes x 2 one for use without silencer one for use with silencer.

Might consider selling the stuff seperately for the right price.

Would be best suited for a RWD set up

This set up is good for 400bhp with the right inlet and engine internals, management etc.

PM me if you are interested and for prices

Here are some pics of the setup:

Might as well ask this in the thread - do the Westfield and Caterham engine bays differ to the extent that this couldn't bolt straight into a Caterham? As you know my dad has a 230bhp Dunnell 2.0 on throttle bodies, so I'm weighing up what would and wouldn't work. You might as well PM some prices to me - will help you decide what you want for it all if anything!

It should fit in a Caterham.

Worst case you would have to get the bonnet formed to give some clearance round the oil feed area which should be easy as its an alloy bonnet on them.

Does your dads engine have the single jenvey bodies or the twin bodies?

I also have an inlet plenum that would fit the single bodies.

It would go well with multi plate throttle bodies and a turbo

Let me know if you need measurements?

Will sort out prices once I know your deff interested

It's on twin bodies and Cossie Greens:

Hard to sell an idea to him if he doesn't know the price, plus I daresay you'll need to price it all up if you're planning on selling anyway If you decide on a price let me know what it is, and I'll suggest it to him. As you know, the power, weight and grip of such cars is very useable and you get used to it quickly, which is why he's been contemplating selling up for something quicker, but something like this might take his fancy.

Don't understand this stage 3 business

Its the best head money can buy, done by one of he most knowledgable people in the industry.

This was the first of three heads that was done to the max by Jim.

The other two belong to Sunny and Paul J if that answers your question

I will see big power if spec'd correctly with the right components

The head will also suit a high spec normally asp and has been madified to accept the cosworth length plugs for a greater selection of plug choices.

If you want a standard manifold you can get them from here:

http://www.chevroletls1.com/zetecturbo.html

I have converted mine for an external gate, had the manifold machined a fare amount and had it ceramic coated so will want more for it than you can buy a basic unit for.

Have got a T04B to go on a ZT conversion along with a Tial wastegate, currently been looking at tubular custom manifolds but may be interested in this. Need to check about the mating flanges though.

What mating flange is your turbo? T3 or T4?

What sort of Tial gate is it? 38mm or 44mm

I'm now thinking of selling the entire lot apart from Inlet, sump and management now.

If I cannot sell the motor I will break as seperate bits.

The bits I'm selling include

Big valve ported Zetec Head
Turbo spec cams (Area 51 spec)
Coil on plug set up and mounting plate
Block complete with crank, waterpump, oil pump, Farndon H section Rods and Aries Forged pistons.
Cast turbo exhaust manifold
Turbosmart Wastegate
T34 Turbo for external gate

I run MBE, most after market ECU's should run them.

I could go into a seperate thread altogether about coil on plug
