Default Track Day Prep!

Right, after my little dose of action today, I've decided I wanna turn the Fiesta into a bit of a weapon.. it's not quick, but it handles well, and brakes well, so it's a good starting point..

What do I need to be doing? First thing is wiring in a switch for the fan, because as soon as I came off the track, it was overheating, after 20minutes of ragging it!

Brake fluid? What dot rating should I be going for? The car still has to be used every day for work, so something fast road? Brake pads? Any guages will I be needing? I.e Oil Pressure etc?

Any help/links/info will be appreciated!

Coilovers, polly bushes, adjustable lower arms/rear beam, tyres, lightweight everything, cages, braces etc. then it will handle well.. then get some fuck off brakes and the smallest wheels that will fit over them. Done.

Coilovers are on, pollybushes are soon....... lower arms rear beam? where from?

Car is stripped out, standard seats at the moment...... and ST170 300mm brakes, so they're sorted.. I think!

Not sure if ZOO do bits for your car, although the ZS rear beam is pretty good. Pollybushes should suit it down to a T! though.

Good luck mate

Dan get zoo to do some of these, see what he says about the rear beam and then get some coilovers and have it cornerweighted.
