how to edit a song ?

how can i cut a section out of a song and store it on its own

is there a media player etc that u can get for free of the net or that to do it ?

been trying for a bit but no luck

the easiset way to do it would be to use Nero Wave editor, opens any music file, editing and cutting is soo simple and can then save the track in numerous formats
