I was hoping to insure my car with them this week/ today, as they did me a reasonable quote last month.

Fook! Well I am with HIC, my renewal (march) went down by £250. I pay something like £440 TPFT, 21, 2yrs NCB, 3 Points, limited milage (summer use)

I am 22 next month, and will hopefully (touches a fook off bit of wood) have 3 yrs NCB so I am going to get it F/C hopefully at my renewal

P.S have u tried performance direct, or brentacre, heard they are good.

elephant are AWFUL for mods...

and customer service

and their 10month bonus accelerator's dodgy, as most other insurers dont/wont count it

and they dont do monthly payments, just 1 lump sum.

cheap tho...

i recently had a phone around for insurance on the 4i (same insurance group) and was getting rediculously high quotes! (all 1k+) in the end i got a quote from elephant (820) and then got my current insurers (chriss knott/highway) to match it
