once a complaint has been received like this we have the duty to try and find out the best course of action .. if that means the member is removed form the board whilst information is attained then thats what will happen .. once the mod team have the information to make the correct decision then they can ..
the police dont normally charge you for a crime you have not committed.. but they will arrest you untill they can assertain the facts ...
then charge you or let you go ...

im sure if you made these sort of allegations about another user and we did nothing then we would be in the wrong ...
