does anybody know what lift and duration these cams are?

not sure on the figures lloyd but its a rally cam (designed for high torque "low" bhp)

I can't remember the duration, but they run 10.7mm of lift. I had them in my Escort many moons ago where it made 436bhp / 419lb ft (days of decent fuel).
