if its just a bottom end how can you tell what your buying?

 

ive got a complete 1800 black top zetec you can buy pm me bro

still have the 2000cc silver top head and complete block

 

i ones bought a black top by mistake and the oil filter was at the rear off the block ,

 

by that do you mean the back of the engine being the fly wheel end?


where would you find the oil filter on the silver top?
i've asked for some pictures so hopefully this will help confirm that is it a silver top.
