What grade oil are you supposed to put in a T5???

From memory they have a capacity of about 2.5 litres?? Is this right?

Any idea of the viscosity/rating so i can purchase froma motor factors eg EP90.

 

i cant remember,, but isnt it called T5 gear oil?

 

It is automatic transmission fluid.

 

theyre supposed to have Dextron 2 in them , however, i reckoned that this shit oil was contributing to poor gear changes and even missed gears , so a few weeks ago i changed over to Motul 75/90 fully synthetic gear oil and did notice a change in the gearboxes performance .
so thats my tip for the day folks !
