In all fairness my camera has made the track conditions look a lot better than they were, it was drenched. But still

Everyone has their moments, i even got Ari Vatinen on film spinning off at quarry There was so much standing water when he went out he was making bow waves Think he'd have been better off in a boat

 

Although there are a few rumours around that Mr Norris isn't particularly talented when it comes to track driving.

Awesome car though.

 

i must have been standing next to whoever did that vid!i saw the exact same thing! and yeah,you could tell he shit himself,it started breaking loose and he just planted the bloody throttle! understandable tho! bet it was a handful in the wet

 

i think you are talking out your arse mate i was with norry yesterday and his words were lets give it the full 840 bhp and just have some fun if he was a crap driver how did he come 5th in the drifting comp at gietbell then

Everytime i've seen him on track at Castle Combe he's been off in some kind of way

But at least he's out there having a go He may not be the best driver in the world but how many tuners would be out giving their demo cars abuse in those sort of conditions

Watching him at Time Attack, he looks really impressive to me.

Wonder how good 6th place was at Gatebil tho the way he span out in that vid mind, he simply mashed the fuck out the throttle, was obv what was gonna happen.
6th place dont mean much when you dont know the competition... (I know 1st 2nd 3rd and they all decent, but dunno beyond that...)

Change "sounds mad" to "GOES mad" as it really shifts at the end of that clip, but those 'donuts' on the grass? That's how bad I drive in the wet

I'm not saying I could do better, I'm saying that ain't a good way to show your car off, that laughter on the video is not respect / awe...

I have had the pleasure of being a passenger a few times with Simon
in various versions of his car.

One thing for sure, he can drive very well even if his taste in cars is shit

 

too many green eyed monsters here very quick to have a pop imo
the reason he gave it full power was to give you guys something to watch but hey thats wrong

 

not sure but simon did say one of his boost pipes blew off thats why he lost a race

 

quality car and im sure its a handfull to drive

never said he was mate looks a good driver to me watching his in car vids of time attack
just if you watch the drifting video from gatebil he doesnt seem to drift the car at all well not compared to the rest of them ..
anyway quality car and dont think anyone would make it look easy to drive

 

dont get me wrong.i liked the car and he was giving some stick all weekend long.

he would never caught the audi(runs low nines,high eight on 1/4 mile)
loved the evo .awesome sound of it

 

He might not of caught the Audis yet but I'm quite sure he will soon enough.
