first of all....
you ll need to shout the song you want VERY LOUDLY at your phone,...
if that doesnt work, then all you can do is sneak up to your phone while its not looking, and then shout it VERY LOUDLY
other than that, i dont know...

Being a Nokia, I would have thought it would have come with a USB coable and the software CD. If it did then install CD and follow the onscreen prompts 
If not, then buy a bluetooth USB dongle, plug it in, select the track you want to put on your phone and you can send it from the PC to the phone via bluetooth
