Being a Nokia, I would have thought it would have come with a USB coable and the software CD. If it did then install CD and follow the onscreen prompts

If not, then buy a bluetooth USB dongle, plug it in, select the track you want to put on your phone and you can send it from the PC to the phone via bluetooth
