Default Tyre advice

Currently got 205 40 17's on the S1. They never catch during any sort of driving, only on full lock. Been offered a very good make of tyre at a price i can't really ignore for a set of 4. Trouble is they 205 45 17's. Would this make much difference to the car. Opinions please. cheeRS

No good mate they will be taller on the sidewall (45% of 205mm as opposed to the 40% of 205mm).

Try 5 mm spacers to bring the tyre away from the inner arch.
