Unfortunately I cannot be humourous today without running the risk of being sued for libel. I am currently being tied to my chair to refrain me from typing further thoughts on my current engine predicament!

My girlfriend is however modelling the very latest fashion in conrods as earrings - I knew they'd be useful for something! Piston is currently a good door stop. Block as a coffee table anyone?

I have a melted piston paperweight on my desk at work!!Someone in another design department has a proper Cosworth forged item with some hefty valve cutouts on their desk! no idea who it is though!!! It weighs about 1/8 of my mahle though!

Unfortunately the weight of my broken parts would send my desk crashing down through the floor!

Are things getting better now it's at SCS?

Really sorry to hear about your problems. Hope it all turns out good. There seems to be TOO much bad service out there these days in the tuning industry.

Good Luck and chin up!

I am hearing the right words from Harvey in terms of power figures achievable reliably. Bearing in mind though that the first time I met Harvey was 3 weeks ago when I arrived with my car on a trailer so do not know him that well. His record speaks for itself though and he always calls back if he's not there when I ring.

I am feeling enthusiastic again now after the few weeks of uncertainty after the "event"! Missed all the major summer shows though!!

Do you mean the block or my missus's gash? (bearing in mind I haven't seen it for 4 weeks since breaking the news of another 5 figure bill!!)
