hi peeps im a noob so this may have been answerd before,

,im not using my 2 wheeler saph at the mo
due to getting a 3 door ,and the bloomin alternator has died,

the one ive removed is a 70 ammp, will the 90 ammp one off my saph do any harm , its near identical, although i dont want to fry anything..

Fine to fit

90 amp came standard on saffs due to the amount of electrical gizmos heated screen etc

Most people upgrade due to running big amps and subs etc

Wait until ford fair i've seen them new there for Ł35

 

Or alternatively repair your alternator. 99% of the time its just worn brushes and/or the diode pack breaking down.

Ł20 ish to repair, although if you can get a new item for Ł35 you know it will look nice
