hi ppl iv got my gti engine in my mk5 escort now but i have one problem wen it run it 4 a while i put my foot on the clutch and the revs stay at 1500 and hunt a bit but the car ticks over fine wen in neutal ne1 got ne idea wat it is thanks

 

check/clean out the idle speed control valve.
