Fitting 2WD Cooler to S2 and BHP Q
Righty. I think that i have to cut lower bar out of bumper, and remove the foam in bumper so that cooler sits in without moving rad yeah?
Ok, what about pipe work? Reverse charge carrier? Also, what pipes do i use?
Also, when this is done, will i have a lot of lag?
When this is fitted and set up what figures am i looking at tops with std head etc?
Lee..

After having a quick measure i reckon a std grale cooler would fit with very slight mods giving a neater and more factory look.
heres a pace rep of the std grale cooler, the std ones are better, come in black and usually go for Ł50ish 2nd hand.
imho alot better shape for the space available and the outlets are nearly cock on for std rst hoses the only drawback is the cooler has the same size outlets as the cossie one.

the piccy is upside down for some reason

When i fitted the 4x4 cooler i ran the pipework inside the bumper cavity after i cut all the foam out, looked quite neat when it was finished, pity i havent go tthe pics anymore
i just used a couple or 3 samco 90 degree bends to avoid bending any pipework, local welders did the cooler for about Ł15
worked out quite cheap in the end.
