When i fitted the 4x4 cooler i ran the pipework inside the bumper cavity after i cut all the foam out, looked quite neat when it was finished, pity i havent go tthe pics anymore i just used a couple or 3 samco 90 degree bends to avoid bending any pipework, local welders did the cooler for about £15 worked out quite cheap in the end.
