fuel pump priming
should the fuel pump prime each and every time the ignition's turned on regardless if the car fires/starts/runs or not?
Cheers

providing the ignition has benn off for a few seconds.
The prime part of the fuel pump relay fails a lot.

The relay should always prime when the ignition has been off for about 10+ seconds. If you turn it back on before 10ish seconds it wont prime. Anything after that and its faulty, although the prime wont stop the car running but may make cold starting poor.....

TURBO BOI i doubt very much its the relay.
Try unplugging your cold start injector if it isn't already.

it will run once for mayb for 1 second and die, if i try to start again it will jus crank and crank and nothing happens untill i reconnect the cold start valve then it will start with more cranking but still not on the key. hot start is fine tho always on the key
fitting efi in afew weeks anyway but thought if it had been the relay it would have be nice for it to start first time for the last few wks on mfi
