Quite pleased my first ever time quater mileing, managed a 13.5@108mph

Should get better when I get to grips with launching the thing!

 

i was there to, silver bmw 540.first trip out for this car did a 15.3@93.not brilliant but will do as a starting point.superchip next then 100 shot of gas over the winter maybe.

i stayed away from york today cos i`m running mine in and i would have had to stick it on the track

last time i was at york (2/3 weeks ago) there was a flint grey 2wd saff running very very quick times, what was done to it etc? anyone know?

A standard C20LET Nova ran a 14.6 I think, so I did well over them! If I can get grip off the line there is a bit of potential in the old bus!

 

you are still going to struggle with traction what ever you do.mate had one last year with phase three,six speed and slippy diff.best he could get out of it was 13.25.said it was very fustrating cos he was always gaining once rolling,just couldn't match the 4x4's off the line

Tell me about frustating! Once I'm at about 5k in second its all systems go! Had an Evo tonight on the parkway, wouldnt move over so I undertook the coont while he was at full pelt Priceless!

yes that was it,now been put back to normally aspirated cos it kept eating oil pumps
