Cheers
Yeah she's pretty straight, bit dodgy on the drivers inner wing and think the bushes need doing, but otherwise no probs
Did the drive up to Silverstone for Forad Fair no problem, even sat in queues with no sign of over heating
Spec is : stg2 head (+ unleaded conversion), hybrid turbo & -31, 195 chip, kent cam, pipercross, Scorpion 4", Spax top adjustables, plus the Samco and Baily d/v
Came with an RS 4-spoke but already had a 3 spoke so swapped that over
Wanna get my strut brace on it soon. along with some poly bushes, then think about changing to 4x4 coller and custom rad, and upping the boost from 12psi to maybe 15/16? Should be doing about 170/175bhp as it is I reckon, so 15/16 should puch the 200bhp envelope? Gonna knock up a water mist interooler spray system at some point too

Ya right Roodster - waited a while for one! Jumped the gun with the first one and jsut bought it cos I had the money and it was there - never a good way to buy a car
This one I was pretty sure was gonna be the one, jsut needed to take ma time and think logically
Still, needs that inner wing sorting
Plans are pretty much as the post above yours - sort out bushes and inner wing, then get it all set up on laser aligner and get the suspension and handling real "tight", then prolly do the 4x4 Cos i/c conversion, run some more boost, then I want to get rid of all the bling bling bufty stuff from the engine bay and commision Marcus (RS B1NEY) to made carbon replica's of everything (header tank, washer tank, air box, cam cover etc.... Be a carbon bufty
Might change the exhaust for a Mongoose too... But not sure - although I know the Scorpion is more restrictive, I must admit I do like the tone it makes and is that bit subtler than the Mongoose I had on the last RS....
Just after me last post I decided to go out for a little drive - no reason other than for fun. Been aaaaaaaaaaaages since I actually felt like doing that! Ended up being out for nearly 3hrs! Such a pleasure to drive tho

thrush got a tip for ya m8
the centre speaker were you have your guage mounted
visit a scrappy etc and tear off a section from a rear of a 3i or s1 seat, the material matches the dash to a tee remove the speaker grill and guage and cover
mine was done like it and looked well smart, updates the dash a tad as the grills look fookin naff

Lee - actually gonna move that guage to an A-piller pod at some point chap, then probably gonna knock up a triple guage pod to fit flush in that grille section anyway
Looks familiar mate !!!
My mates said they say it at Silverstone, and tied to phone me, I said I werent there and they thought that it had been nicked !!!!
Glad u enjoying it, altho the 4 spoke wheel looks better imo lol

Only thing I didn't like about the 4 spoke Chris, was that the rim ain't properly round, and also has nobberly bits on the back
The 3spoke one has a thicker rounder rim with no nobble's

i doubt you'd let it go for 4k!
as you say - a good 1 is hard to find & if i just bought a minter i doubt 5 or 6k would tempt me to sell it!
give me a bell if you bored with it by april tho!
