Default Zetec to Cvh question

Ok so i know that the zetec head can be redrilled to accept the cvh manifold (exhaust) but i dont really wanna do it does any one make a conversion plate to do the job?

Or has any one got one they dont want???

i got an engineering firm i use alot to mae me a flange from a zetec gasket, trimmed down the cvh flange on the exhuast then welded the two mo-fos together sounds cowboyed...well...is cowboyed i guess, but works and works well. cost me all of Ł20 aswell so cant knock it really.





if you cant weld and want one made gimmi a shout.

p.s. the welding loks aweful in the pic but it isnt that bad IRL!

Ta Stu i found one thats avaliable on the web but its Ł90!!!!!!FFS

I was looking a little deeper into it last night and as i have to buy a new manifold any way i may aswell spend the extra 20 and have one designed for the zetec but thanks for the reply any way

on my one i used the zetec manifold and downpipe and had it mated up to the std xr3 exhaust

See Burton power catalogue or website for exhaust flange only or peter Louyde ralling who will supply you a 4 branch manifold form ashley for the zetec conversions
