Default no ignition on sierra

can anyone help me please

ive just re loomed a sierra estate using a loom out of a running car

ive also put 2wd cosy management on but i dont have igntion

am i rite in thinking that black wires are igntion?

i dont get fuel pump unless i directly feed from 12v and theres no igntion to the ecu or 12v

which is really getting to me now as i want this car gone off my drive lol

i know ive wired the management up rite im 100% sure i have

its just i havnt got igntion anywhere in the main loom so obviously this supplys the ecu aswell

where is the ignition relay on sierras as ive changed a few relays and still the same

any test i can do to see where the fault is ive tried but just having no luck

thanks

follow the power trail back to the battery and see if it's broken anywhere
you never know it might be one of the fuseable links gone from the battery or the fusebox itself thats playing up

the wires you want are going to be either black with a blue track of black with a yellow trace

silly i know, but have you actually connected the switch to the key? if you are loking for a feed when you turn the switch but there's nothing turning....................................

yes ive tested the switch where the key goes

i have 12v all round on it in certain postions

just any black wire in the car loom i dont have nothing

i will check the fuse links and start tracing them back then from the barrel
