Some knob end i know has put a 2 litre engine in his 1.0 and i found out hes not told the insurance company.

Is there any one i can email or fone to grass him up?


Lets just say he's had it coming to him for a while with his illegal activities etc

dont look as yourself as a grass, just some one who is full filling your communities needs, what if he runs some one over or crashes into your car, to late then aint it no insurance so no money will be paid out.

 

bet there are loads of people that ARE on here driving without informing their insurance co of every mod they have done to their cars whether it being replacing the wheels,exhaust air filter to having a 1600 zetec with a racing cam fitted or even putting in a 1800cc and not telling insurance so I think seems to me that you'll be surprised by the amount imo!


ps can just see it now all people coming clean about mods etc!

i have always declared all my mods .. its not worth loosing what ever payout i might get from an insurance company if i should have an accident ..

Sorry Avid-fan (are you formally known as badcompany? ) If he had an accident and hit another car i'll bet he would run off and leave the car, or even if he stays at the scene he's not insured.

Would you want someone to hit your car and knowing that if someone had "grassed" him up you wouldnt be in a position where an un-insured driver has smashed up your car and your not getting a penny back for it?

Well if i knew that someone was abusing and raping a 6 year old i would be more than happy to GRASS on them and then beat em up afterwards

The insurance companys would always meet 3rd party liabilities but they would then go after the insured to reclaim their losses.

 

If he is upto lots of other illegal activities why are you not grassing him up for them, rather than trying to snitch him up for changing his engine.

Sounds to me to me like a petty way to get back at sombody. Don't hide behind a phone call to the DVLA like an interfering old lady. Tell him to his face you have a problem with him!

 

I say shop him. What happens when his 1 litre brakes cant stop his 2 litre motor and hurts some kid playing in the street. You would never forgive yourself knowing that you thought about it.

With regards to the illegal action.. depending on what it was that he was doing.. ie, if its hurting someone else, then you should have a word

 

Contact the DVLA at swansea with the registration. That's all you have to do as it's now an illegally registered vehicle.

 

You'd be bothered if he smashed into you and his insurance company didnt cover him so all the money had to be paid by your insurance company. same as everyone else on here saying not to worry about it would be equally fucked off.

I used to work for Norwich Union for a number of years so I know exactly how long it can take to sort out claims and all the problems with getting money out of them. So you might want to actually think before shouting your mouth off, you jumped up self right righteous (you might want to learn to spell before you start using big words you dont understand) C*nt.

 

Well its better than them not having insurance at all. you might be having to wait for the pay out, but there will be a pay out unlike if the person was uninsured.
