dont look as yourself as a grass, just some one who is full filling your communities needs, what if he runs some one over or crashes into your car, to late then aint it no insurance so no money will be paid out.
The insurance companys would always meet 3rd party liabilities but they would then go after the insured to reclaim their losses.
