car starts fine but smokey for first 5 mins of starting.

unit or valvestems? or poss rings?

Id go for stem seals 1st M8, nice cheap and easy to do

 

almost certainly valve stem seals is a cvh afterall

 

the worrying thing is, the cars just had a full 285t2 cam kit fitted, perhaps i was short changed and it was only the cam that got done! i do have a spare turbo unit sitting but its the hassle i cant be arsed with. esp. if its not the seals on the unit.

 

They don't do stem seal when the change the cam. I assume it was AVA?

it was tuning zone in livingston mate.

it was a full cam kit with all the bits and bobs but im a bit edgy on what work was done when i left. its basicly been like that bout 100 mls after fitment. cars not really been drove much since, plus ive got my st170.
