can anyone help,

i bought a 2.0 bottom end, and some calibra c20let pistons, i took them to cylander rebores in nuneaton they said they could rebore the bore so the calibra piston would fit, also they said they could open the small end so the calibra Goodgeon pin so the calibra pistons would fit onto the zetec rods however they have no told me they cant do this!!!!!


does anyone know a good machinist that i can get the c20let pistons small end machined to accept the zetec rods, i know theres lots on people on here done this.

anyone know a good place in midlands or any good place?

 

b + k automotive, its in doncaster,sth yorkshire, but i have just spent loads on 2 lots of zetec pistons to repair my 2.0 z.t after second time of frying 1 after 4weeks! i then set about finding somwhere,hence,here they are,to fit and bore inc adapting the rods with a floating brass summat or other to fit pistons 4 cal turbo pistons if i can find any,im only poor so gotta work on a budget,or dump the g/f,more expensive than the car is, there tel.no.is at my work so if you need it then txt or ring after 10 am any day or i will post it 2moz nite,they do everything on site hope it helps even thou its a fair way to travel,good look with it anyway,steve
