Default Headgasket for 2.0 ZVH Turbo

Hello,

I've got a problem with my ZVH engine.
It hasn't even properly run in yet but already i've got a problem.
Got a lot of white smoke coming from the exhaust.
It had a cooling problem some time ago with the result of high pressure in the cooling circuit.
I think the headgasket has gone ( felpro 1.9 gasket)
This has a weakspot in it as seen on this site

http://www.quantums.info/zvh.htm

As i'll be running some boost i don't want this.
I've heard a focus gasket ( steel ) wil also fit.
Who knows if this is true, wich one will fit and where can i get this or can another gasket be fitted?

Thanks a lot,

Cheers

Gregor

Just pulled of the head...

Can't see anything wrong with the gasket .... ( don't have the problem mentioned on the site either) .

But now i'm wondering where all the smoke is coming from...

Oilcooler or the Turbo cooling perhaps?
Who's got any ideas,,,

Thanx again

If you're sure headgasket is fine sounds turbo related. Is it brand new?

Would normally say valve stem seals aswell but bein a new build can't be

The zetec blok is unlikely to be broken i reccon, but how can i check if there any cracks or something in there.

And how can i check if the head hasn't been busted?? everything looks fine to me and the seals from the turbo won't leak within a few minutes from nothing to the whole garage misty within 20 seconds

cheers
