seriously thinking of getting one of these the old shape though? whats your views on these cars?

but i am unsure which is the 115ps version or are all of them this version?

impo they are the bollox. i love them they are rapid aswell and no matter how hard you boot the thing the fuel gauge just does not move. my friend has one. really smooth and quite he had a race with a toyota gt turbo starlet and beat it not by much a car lenth or so but even so

nice! so are the all 115ps?

i am looking for the version with heated seats/leather i think this is the ghia or zetec, TBH im not sure what the difference between ghia and zetec is?

 

My sister has one of the pre-TDCI turbo diesels and I believe it's only 100PS rather than 115PS found on the TDCI ones.

A friend of mine had a TDCI Focus and we used to work together and often give me a lift, up to 90 it was bloody rapid and was really really good on fuel especially with motorway mileage

I had a 1.6 Zetec Focus myself and that was pretty good on fuel and was much quicker than an equivalent 1.6 Zetec Escort - big big fuel tanks on them compared to Escorts as well meaning less refuelling during the weekly commutes!

not sure on the ps. i thinkj my mates was just a tdci. it have all the leater and toys rear roof spoiler (standard size not a big gay one, factory fitted) 17inch standard alloys and imperal blue paint. was really nice. next time i see him i'll ask him what it was

 

I think the TDCI's where all 115ps.
Real quality cars I had one and the only fault it had in 70.000km and 3 jears was a broken headlight
looks good aswell IMO.

ive heard the tdci can be tuned up as well!

They are fantastic cars... If its a TDCi its 115 bhp. The 100 bhp pne is a TDDi!!!! I haad one for three years. 115bhp + a tuning box(chip) and a K&N and i had great fun. Beat standard RST's easily. Same performance as a standard golf 150hp. Buy one!

ps... i still have the chip and airfilter for one if your interested.

 

yup tddi is the mk1 which is 90bhp. imho they are a horrible nasty smelly noisey engine which is just rubbish & slow. - A 90bhp golf tdi has much more punch as does the 90bhp 306 hdi.

the tdci 115 mk2/3 focus on the other hand is a genuinly quick car upto about 90-100.
