Any Experience what is the best for front suspension and back suspension ???

Front : adjustable TCA's
or

or

Up front thats fine, the back depends on how far you want to take it or how your driving style is (or how much money you have).

Adjustable arms on the beam is a good start

I have the adj TCA's and Adj Rear beam from Zoo on an escort cosworth. Combined with coilovers and a set up, you can't go wrong. It absolutely transforms the car.
