i have a s2 rst which has been of the road since

2004, but somehow i got a letter from dvla tellimg me it was seen on the

road being driven, i did recieve a letter asking for details of who was

driving, which i lost and then yesterday i recieved a court

summons , anybody had the same thing happen to them, any info

will be greatly appreciated.

 

I had it happen to me years ago, luckily on the day in question i was at my cousins house which is miles away from where the car was seen & we were having a party so there were alot of witnesses who saw that my car was on the driveway all night
