yeah, only realising now that the sun is begninning to show,
how much i enjoy having it!
love it when its looking all shiney and mint,
not even having to go quick but just driving about in it,
i guess cos its just something not quite every-day
to have.

Thats way to much m8
My Cosworth manual says stage 1 25NM,stage 2 50NM,stage 3 170 to 180 degrees
Just looked in my 4x4 Cosworth workshop manual, says same as I posted before
Found the page you were lookin at,page I looked at is 21-8,wierd they list two different sequences
Then again it is Ford

strange isnt it??
Alrthough,, the Early 2wd head bolts were different wernt they,
so perhaps there is a different sequence for that???
Although the way i did it deffo was for the 90 spec 200 block engine, as
you can see at the bottom of the page...
strange! but If you left them all at 180 degrees, thats no
guarantee that they are all the same tightness? as some differences in metal??
so making them all to 110 NM is to ensure even torque??
as a side note, i looked Also in a normal sierra manual, and they say
to do the 2ltr pinto head bolts to 115NM!!!
