The RSOC are not running a Saturday track this year, much to many peoples disappointment
BUT! Donington are!

Cost is £135 for the day, same format and noise limits as the RSOC.

Then national day in the cossie

 

I take it that it's not restricted to RSOC members only this year then.

Should be more of a mix of vehicles on the track, I hadn't decided whether I could do this one or not but I don't want to miss out, it was a great day last year.

Thought they might take advantage of the clubs decision.

If its a Donington trackday then it will be open to all.

And another good thing is there wont be any charge for spectators.

Downside is passengers are £20!

 

Seems a fair bit more than last year though.

Don't know what to do!!!

Should I just book it? I could always sell it nearer the day if I can't do it.

 

You'll have to check with Donington if you can sell the place on after.

Bit risky otherwise imo.

You've tortured me a few times at Combe and Donny in your "XR3i"....ahem.

 

Will be at Combe,Croft for sure (as I have sent the cheque's )and Donno on both Sat and Sun if I get accepted!!!So its fair to say a lot of Cossie's will be bothered by me,more so at Donnington and Combe as I kinda know them tracks well .Will be following Tim + Ollie for the racing line at Croft as I've never been there before.Please come over and say hello if you see us.My Escort with the blue wheels is easy enough to find!! It costs me big money to get my car to Britian,hotels/food aswell,so I might as well do 2 track days in the one weekend to try and get value for my money.Plus its always a good buzz and its good to meet people off the web for a chat and a laugh!! Regards Micky

3 sessions for this Dono day A) Novice, B) Intermediate and C) Advanced however if not full on the day Dono usually run with an open pitlane.

Saturday was much more enjoyable last year than Sunday with only one Red Flag all day for a rolled Esc Cos. I'll be doing all weekend again...

Other years when we've got there early evening for camping, and have tried to view the action and they try to charge us for a ticket each

 

Not sure if im going to do the saturday now if the cost for sunday is £180!

 

Thats why i'm only doing Saturday. Watch everyone else crash etc on Sunday.
