Default Big Up...PRO ALLOY (New design cooler)

My car has been there the past few weeks with them....Being used for testing and designing a new cooler for bigger bhp cars
Really pleased with the final look and result so far

Massive thanks to them as you can see the new brakets on the rad for the fans And this cooler sits totally different compared to the last ones and is 52mm thick

Just got a few issues of my own to sort on the car..... such as lower arms and tracking Sorry for my car scareing you guys Faye refusese to drive it now to Once that is sorted I can get it tested out properly

And again top service as always

Exspect a pm from Faye

That looks SO similar to the GRS one, so no doubt everyone will give that as much shit as they have given the GRS one from a pressure-drop point-of-view.

Get some results up!!

Why am i talking shit....

RS500 is best but not as good as other ones on the market.......not seen one that can hold on the temps on a hot day so the best is not decent.

Standard 4x4 is good for a t3 @ 20psi max on a warm day

Stardard 2wd is good for about 15psi on a warm day....

So not up to 300bhp on a 2.0l YB....

When have you tested them dave/rick

Sorry both the 500 coolers which have the 2 different cores, one is slightly better than the other but not brilliant.

Wasn't comparing the escort cos one cause its a charge/intercooler

std esc cos was fine for 28 psi.

Power est at around 350 - 360

Charge temps never over 30 degs (apart from heat soak in traffic)

ya talk shite I tell thee!

So i compare intercoolers and said the cossies ones in standard form aint brilliant.

I get shot down cause you dumb ass's think intercooler means chargecooler/intercooler combination.....

Why have i turned this to shit, only people that have no clue just choose to have a go as me personally when all i did was state a few figures.

Sorry but explain where having an opinion on a public board has turned this to shit....

Just to throw the spanner in the works....personally think the GRS one works better than 2 cossie 2wd ones...this is apparent on the RR results with the hairdryer @ PE......

just to add to dave and dingy's argument, the small turbo escort cosworth had an intercooler similar to the large turbo one but without the chargecooler matrix
