i was told that all the d reg fords were a lot worse for rust, i know there not the best anyways....
mines actually got hardly none , but still there is some
the next car wont have any though

Yea they can tend to be, think its all dependant on their history. The late D's + were a lot better though, thats when they started fitting inner arches on the front.
I've got a MK3 cabby and its never seen a welder. Had a few prangs though
