just had a letter from the CPS,

last august in pwllhei north wales, me and my mates all got set about on the high street after coming out from BJ's (the local nightclub) and so local Yoraths start the old fook of you fookin english scum, coma over to the car and start a rumble when were in it..

to vut a long story short, all 3 of us ended up in bangor hospital with stitches, and jaws like david coultard and blackeyes,,,

the clever lads had beat the shit out of us right in view of the cctv , clever, very clever.


any way we all pushed complaints for ABH and racial abuse,

just had a letter from the CPS saying they have now changed their not guilty plea to guilty and they got £310 costs and 200 hours comunitry service..


now i'm not racist, but if a load of white english lads went into a town and started the same sort of nonsense with a load of muslims or jews for instance, it would be all over the natioanl papers, but if the boot is on the other foot, all that happens is a slap on the wrist.....

i looked lovely going on holiday 3 days after with a yellow cheey, black eye and a big cut inside my mouth

 

how many of them were there? did you get some shots in at least?

If th eboot had been on the other foot the punishment would have been far harsher and you wouldn't have had to push for it to get to court

 

3 of them, apparently they were /are all on pub watch and are barred from all tyhe locals anyway, so their idea of a friday night was to go out and start a fight,

we didnt throw single punch, my mate got it the worst, out cold, blood and snot everywhere, eyes rolled back in his head the lot - think they knew they'd sh1t it then when everyones attention went from them to somone possibly brown bread on teh floor...

Ditto, claim damages etc... as they have been found guilty in a court of law, you wont have any bother in civil court...


Granted they may not have any money but at least you will get erm, say a fiver a month out of them for the next ten years

 

Oh yes...........happens everywhere mate as you would imagine not just confined to Wales. That you were from England was just an excuse, not a reason.

so how do i go about claiming damages etc now they have been sentenced in a crown court?

 

phone the sun or mail they would prob run a story!!!

And claim for compo of the pricks.

 

Instruct a solicitor I guess, If you speak to the liason officer from the policeforce/CPS they can point you in the right direction...

TBH I'm suprised the Judge didnt award damages anyway? Were you required to press charges or did the plod do this off their own backs?

 

Well then Wales can fuck right off from the rest of the UK and decend into a second world country with the poverty to boot. I'd like to see Wales support itself on the Tourist and farming industrys particulalrly when you look at the number of people living there assuming they pay the same taxes as now!

 

I give them a hiding and there parents should get one as well for not raising them correctly
