Default E bay where do i stand

Where do i stand was bidding on a car on ebay but was short of reserve ,any way after it finish a box came up with a buy it now at the price it made, filled it in and won now got to go threw feed back and paying for it ,bargain i thought, but the bloke has contacted me saying i got to pay £550 more than i won it at or he,s relisting it where do i stand.

if you got a buy it now price or second chance offer from him, what ever it said is what you pay he cant add on more money if you have agreed another sum all ready

Is It Not a LEGAL binding contract when you bid on e-bay ? I thought it was

Threaten negative feedback if he refuses to follow deal, and also complain to ebay and he might get banned!

It's possible the guy thought he could set the price when he made a second chance offer, and you responded before he was able to cancel it when he realised.

I did that the first time I ever offered a second chance as I didn't realise

Luckily I was able to cancel before anyone accepted!

Report him to Ebay, totally against the rules. He offered the car to you at a Buy It Now price and you accepted, so this constitutes a contract. But at the end of the day he if he doesn't want to sell the car at this price you can't make him.

as above. but the ass seller will still have to pay the selling fees. got to be carefull selling on ebay.
