Serious advice needed
Hi Guys,
I recently resigned from my job due to ir-repairable issues with my direct boss, the thing is now he is being an out right prick at every oppertunity the question is
Do i smack the bastard as he really gets on my tits he is a 45yr old tree hugging hippe from Ohio in the US
I need the refereence but i am seriously thinking about going with my gut feeling on this and kicking his arse

one of the main reasons i left my last job was my manager was an incompetant fuckwit....
tried to make my life hell in the last month.. you have to be subtle about it but just make small problems for him .. keep asking his advice on shit you know he wont have an answer to , then go above him .. soon pisses em right off ..

I have said that he needs to be very careful as to how he talks to me, if he patronises me or talks down to me i fear i will lump him. I have not told him that just a few colleages

Smack the Fucker, plain and simple, you'd do it to someone being arsey in a pub, dont leave the situation thinking I should have skelped him, Just do it!

Leave a milk bottle of petrol with a rag in it and some matches next to it on his doorstep. Then keeping asking him if he prefers unleaded or optimax and what the fuel consmptions like on his house ... or keep asking him if his misses is up for it with you
